Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Small-batch, custom, personalized, wholesale, or large-quantity orders may require additional processing time. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Delivery estimates shown during checkout begin after the order has been processed and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Area and Carriers
Washington Family Provisions currently ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are shipped using the carrier and service displayed during checkout. Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges when an order is returned because an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address was provided.
Shipping Delays
Washington Family Provisions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cannot ship your order within the promised processing period, we will contact you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Damaged, Leaking, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at cs@washingtonfamilyprovisions.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, shipping box, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain the original packaging until the claim has been resolved. Once verified, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Product and Temperature Notice
Honey may naturally crystallize, thicken, loosen, or change texture depending on temperature. These natural changes do not mean the honey is spoiled or defective. Product colors and appearance may also vary slightly because we use natural ingredients and prepare products in small batches.
